Our process of creation always starts and ends in the same place - with you. More specifically, how can we bring you the maximum amount of goodness?

Going all organic was an obvious step. Every single ingredient we use is certified organic. We don't like worrying about traces of chemical herbicides, fertilisers or growth hormones in our food, so neither should you. 

Our jerky uses no artifical additives or preservatives which science has associated with mental health and metabolic disorders as well as carcinogenic effects. 

We also don't add any additional sugar or salt outside of what naturally occurs from our ingredients. That keeps our jerky light yet still flavourful.

Championing British Farmers

In the last few years, British farmers been facing the effects of unfavourable policies and increasingly unforgiving weather.  

It's safe to say that Britain would have much less to be proud of without its farmers. And with British beef standards being widely recognised as among the best globally, our decision to go home-grown was never in doubt. 

Unlike conventional grain-fed cattle, the beef from our cattle is certified organic and 100% grass fed - that means no grain, antibiotics, Bovaer or hormones are involved. The result is beef that typically contains:

• 3 to 5 times more heart-healthy fatty acids like omega-3.
• 2 to 3 times more conjugated lineolic acid which is well associated with fat-loss and metabolism support.
• up to 3 times more vitamin E for optimal skin and eye health.
